I invite you to an individually adapted week with unique accommodation in Frigiliana offering a view of the beautiful valley and the Mediterranean in the distance.

The house has a separate floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom with breathtaking 360° views of the Andalucian landscape from the comfort of your own terrace.

The focus during our time together is to personalize it according to your needs completely, which involves preparing and learning about healthy & vitalizing foods such as raw and warm vegan food (without sugar, gluten nor lactose). We use almost exclusively organic and local produce.

As part of your personalized experience, I can facilitate introductions to other health professionals including yoga, pilates and hiking groups.

Based on your needs, we talk about how to introduce healthier everyday habits into your life using vital and nutritional raw ingredients.

A typical day could look like this: 

Meditation/yoga/ breakfast / food preparation in the kitchen/ I take you on a hike with picnic, beach visit or own time to just be / three daily light but energizing meals which we prepare together/winding down with a meditation

Price per day: 120€ per person (reduced price for 3rd person) including comfortabel accommodation, food preparation classes during the day, activities as hikes and airport transfer to the retreat (excluding flights to Malaga).

Kathrin Söderberg - is a raw food chef with a passion for raw & plant-based foods, yoga and holistic living. She has been sharing her love of healthy foods and living a natural lifestyle for several years, managing the creative kitchen of Open World Café and Rawfoodfabriken in Stockholm. With her background in aromatherapy and her dedication to living a conscious, high-quality and high-energy life, she aims to inspire others giving workshops and organizing retreats. Kathrin holds a Raw Food Chef Diploma from the Creative Health Institute in Michigan (USA). She lives in Nerja most of the year and is an appreciated chef who participates in retreats around the world.

Group retreats

If you are interested in organizing a retreat in or around Nerja and you have a group of at least 8 participants I can help you with the logistics of finding the perfect house, transfer, rawfood/vegan or vegetarian food (sample menu) with mainly organic ingredients, rawfood workshops, hiking, excursions, flamenco dance lessons etc. Get in touch with me for more details.

Come and learn just how easy it is to incorporate Vegan and Raw Food into your everyday life, while creating delicious recipes in a relaxed environment with like-minded individuals.
I teach from the heart with practical knowledge how to shop, eat and cook in a way that sustains your health and your energy, even when life is at its most demanding.

I am keen to pass on my knowledge, making it a spiritually uplifting and energizing experience. Above all we want to make the whole Vegan and Raw experience simple to understand. The workshop starts with a short introduction to Raw Food with time for questions and answers followed by lunch on the terrace.
We will be making three different main courses, crackers and a dessert. The recipes are achievable and are easily incorporated into a busy life. Everybody gets hands on experience in the kitchen and after preparing we sit down and eat our delicious creations which include the following or similar dishes:
Pad thai with kelp and zucchini noodles, Nori rolls with almond paté, quinoa burgers, seed crackers, sauces and a raw chocolate cake with avocado as a base.
